Mighty Arm is a Greater Seattle sitework and excavation contractor. We clear, dig, and grade for builders across the metro, and we've taken that work from private lots into federal contracting.

Mighty Arm started when a November windstorm in Seattle opened a door into sitework. The first paid job set the standard we still hold: clear communication, straight expectations, and work done right the first time. That standard, more than anything, is what turned an opportunity into a business.
Founded by Anton and Andy, Mighty Arm handles Division 31 site clearing, earthwork, and grading plus Division 33 utilities, with more than 40 years of combined experience across the team. We're SAM.gov registered and prevailing-wage capable for public works.

Make building the foundation as easy as possible for the builder: clear communication, straight expectations, no surprises in the process.

Move into large-scale public works, street improvements, utility infrastructure, and road construction. Most contractors skip these jobs because of the paperwork. We want more of them.

Honesty in the bid, integrity on site, and our best work on every job, from a single lot to a federal contract.

The way a subcontractor operates decides whether the job runs clean. These are the four things we hold ourselves to on every job.

Our proposal spells out exactly what is included before we start. We know our scope, so you get a defined price and a clear picture of the work, with the assumptions and exclusions stated up front.

We bid and work to CSI Division 31 and 33 sections, so our numbers drop cleanly into your packages and our scope lines up with the plans and specs your team already works from.

Schedules move on real jobs. When something shifts on our end, you hear it from us early, with the reason and the plan, not after it has already cost you time.

We warrant our workmanship for one year from substantial completion, in writing, with the exclusions stated up front.
