Taking a site from an old structure to a foundation-ready building pad in one continuous scope is where efficiency really matters, and that's what this Des Moines project called for. An existing shed had to come down completely before the new construction could move forward, and the site needed proper preparation for the incoming foundation while keeping erosion under control the whole time.

Our team demolished and removed the existing structure, hauled off the debris, installed the required erosion-control measures, and excavated the footing and foundation areas for the new build.
